A properly refurbished forklift battery delivers 3–5 years of service under typical single-shift warehouse use — and that's what ours are built to. Heavier duty cycles shorten that range; careful watering and charging extend it.
What's the difference between refurbished and new? +
Refurbished batteries use existing cases and rebuilt cells; weak cells are replaced, the pack is rebalanced, and electrolyte is refreshed. You get roughly 70–85% of new-battery performance at 40–60% of new-battery cost.
Do you take my old battery in trade? +
Yes. We handle the buyback and DOT-compliant removal of your old lead-acid pack as part of the quote. Credit depends on voltage, Ah, and condition.
How quickly can you deliver? +
