Terms of Service
Effective November 1, 2025
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of forkliftbatterydepot.com and any quotes, orders, deliveries, trade-ins, or warranty service provided by Forklift Battery Depot ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, or use the site to send unsolicited communications.
Quotes and pricing
- Prices, availability, and lead times shown on the site or in marketing materials are estimates. A binding quote is the written quote we send you after we confirm your battery specifications.
- Quotes are typically valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to inventory at time of acceptance.
- Trade-in credit depends on voltage, amp-hour rating, and condition of the returned battery, verified at pickup.
Orders, payment, and delivery
Orders are accepted once we receive a signed quote and any required deposit. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. Free delivery applies within our published Inland Empire service area; deliveries outside that area may incur freight charges disclosed in your quote.
Warranty
Refurbished batteries carry a 12-month replacement warranty as described on our Warranty page. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY ON THAT PAGE, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORKLIFT BATTERY DEPOT IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Safe handling and use
Forklift batteries are heavy lead-acid devices containing sulfuric acid. You are responsible for safe installation, watering, charging, ventilation, and handling per OSHA and the equipment manufacturer's guidance. Misuse, overcharging, freeze damage, or physical damage voids the warranty.
Communications consent
By submitting a quote form or providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Forklift Battery Depot about your quote, order, delivery, or service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing forkliftbatterydepot@gmail.com.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and photos — is the property of Forklift Battery Depot or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy or republish it without our written permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
